 Qty 100 - 199 = .16 ea.    100 Cards = $16.00
 Qty 200 - 499 = .13 ea.    200 Cards = $26.00
 Qty 500 - 999 = .11 ea.    500 Cards = $55.00
 Qty 1000-1999 = .10 ea.    1,000 Cards = $100.00
 Qty 2000 or more = .09 ea.    2,000 Cards = $180.00
